Article 2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Lanabutter and to every distance contract concluded between Lanabutter and the customer through the webshop on this website. Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions is made available to the customer.
Article 3. The offer
All offers and product descriptions on this website are non-binding and are presented as accurately as possible. Images are a true representation of the products offered; obvious mistakes or errors do not bind Lanabutter.
Article 4. The contract
The contract is concluded at the moment the customer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set therein (completing the order process in the webshop). After ordering, the customer receives a confirmation by email.
Article 5. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the contract without giving reasons for a period of 14 days. This withdrawal period starts on the day after the customer receives the product. During this period, the customer must handle the product and its packaging with care; the product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine its nature and characteristics.

Article 6. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for products manufactured according to the customer's specifications (for example personalized jewelry with engraving) or that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken (for example earrings).
Article 7. Price
The prices stated are in euros and include 21% VAT. Shipping is free, unless stated otherwise on the website.
Article 8. Conformity and warranty
Lanabutter guarantees that the products comply with the contract, the specifications stated in the offer, and the statutory provisions in force on the date the contract was concluded. A warranty provided by Lanabutter, the manufacturer, or importer does not affect the statutory rights the consumer can assert under the contract.
Article 9. Delivery and performance
Lanabutter will exercise the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders. The place of delivery is the address the customer has made known to Lanabutter. Accepted orders will be executed as quickly as possible and, in any case, within 30 days, unless a different delivery period has been agreed.
Article 10. Payment
Payment takes place via the payment methods (such as iDEAL and credit card) offered during the order process.
Article 11. Complaints procedure
Complaints about the performance of the contract can be reported via the contact form or by email, and will be answered within a period of 14 days.
Article 12. Disputes and applicable law
Contracts between Lanabutter and the customer are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Complaints that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement can be submitted to the European ODR platform or the competent Dutch court.
