Return Policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. This withdrawal period starts on the day after you (or a third party designated by you in advance) receive the product.

How do you return a product?

1. Report your return via the contact form or by email at info@lanabutter.nl, stating your order number.
2. Send the product back within 14 days of your report to: Roode Steen 7, 1621 CV Hoorn, the Netherlands.
3. Pack the product carefully, preferably in its original packaging, and include the model withdrawal form or your order confirmation if possible.

Condition of the product

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Cost of returning

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless the product does not match what you ordered or was delivered defective.

Refund

In the event of a valid withdrawal, you will receive the full purchase amount (including the standard shipping costs of the original delivery) back within 14 days after Lanabutter has been informed of your decision to withdraw, or (if earlier) after the product has been received back. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions to the right of return

• Personalized jewelry (for example with engraving or custom-assembled bead combinations).
• Earrings, for hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken.
• Jewelry that shows visible signs of use.
